- Unfortunately, we currently do not provide shipping to the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) at this time.

Standard delivery costs
Standard delivery covers multiple items in a single order, provided they do not exceed weight and dimension thresholds for large orders.
Large order delivery costs
Large order charges are automatically calculated at checkout, primarily based on weight. However, product dimensions and the type of product may also influence the final cost.
Please note: Large orders, including paint products, require special packaging and handling, which may result in a higher delivery charge.
Sample Delivery Costs
Sample delivery charges match standard delivery costs and are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Woodchip & Magnolia Delivery Costs
Woodchip & Magnolia products attract a higher delivery fee as they are printed to order and may incur customs and duties charges. If a Woodchip & Magnolia product is added to the checkout along with an item that has a standard delivery charge, both delivery fees will be combined at checkout.
2. Availability & Delivery times
All orders, regardless of delivery location, will be processed and shipped within the same timeframes based on product availability:
In-stock products typically ship within 1-2 business days during normal periods. However, during times of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays.
Non-stocked products typically ship within 5-7 business days. In rare cases, Shipping may take longer than 7 days, if a product ordered is not stocked or out of print. If a delay is expected, we will notify you via email.
Note: Non-stocked products will display "Shipping Approx. 5-7 Business Days" in the product description.
Shipping to European countries
Shipping times for destinations outside of Ireland vary by location. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided at checkout based on your shipping address;
Please note that this is only an estimate and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
If the tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@decorwarehouse.ie within 24 hours of the courier's stated delivery time, and we will investigate your query promptly.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays (including bank holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
Wallpaper Sample Orders
In-stock samples will typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Book order samples usually ship within 5-7 business days.
If your order contains both in-stock and book order samples, the estimated shipping time will be 5-7 business days.
Orders containing a large number of samples, or orders with non-stocked samples from multiple wallpaper vendors, may experience longer delivery times than usual.

Paint Orders
A range of paint products are available for shipping. However, 10-litre paint sizes are currently only available for in-store collection and cannot be shipped at this time.
Clearance Wallpaper
The wallpaper in our clearance section represents the last available stock and may have been discontinued by the manufacturer. We recommend measuring the space you plan to decorate to ensure you have enough rolls, as restocking may not be possible later.
While we make every effort to maintain an accurate inventory, we cannot guarantee availability for larger quantities.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email at the address provided when you placed the order. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
3. Product information
All prices shown on Decor Warehouse are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) for countries within the EU. *Exceptions below.
For orders to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Bosnia, Liechtenstein, and Serbia, VAT is not included in the price. Instead, VAT and any applicable import duties will be payable directly to customs upon arrival in your country. The customer will be responsible for these charges in order to release the goods.
Product descriptions & pricing
We do our utmost to ensure all information on this website is accurate, including all product images, descriptions, product pricing & availability. However, it is not always possible to ensure all information is 100% accurate.
Images - Wallpaper & Paint colour images on our website are a digital representation and may appear slightly different on a computer screen due to screen resolution, brightness, or screen settings. We highly recommend considering ordering a sample where possible. Alternatively, if you have more questions regarding product images, please reach out to info@decorwarehouse.ie and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
Pricing - Occasionally, pricing errors may occur. If a product which you have ordered has been priced in error, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option of proceeding at the corrected price, or cancelling your order for a full refund. Decor warehouse is not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price and we retain the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.
4. Online orders / In-store pick ups
At checkout you will be able to choose between shipping to your address, or collecting in-store. Please note that in-store pick up is currently the only option available for large 10 litre paint products.
*Important - For store pick up orders, we will notify you by email when your order is ready to collect. We advise that you wait for a confirmation email that your order is ready, before travelling to the store, as your order may not be available to collect. Please make sure to have your order number ready when collecting your order.
5. Damaged or faulty products
In the unlikely event that an order has been received damaged, or is faulty, please contact us at info@decorwarehouse.ie We ask that you include your order number and attach any pictures of the damaged consignment and its contents when emailing us. Our customer care team will make sure to reach out to you as soon as possible.
If you are returning a faulty item, or items, we can in most cases offer to replace the item(s) for you, provided that the item(s) are still in stock and available in the quantities required. At times certain products may be discontinued by the manufacturer and therefore cannot be replaced. In such cases, if a faulty item cannot be replaced, you be offered refund.
Decor warehouse cannot be held responsible if a product is no longer available, or has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Decor warehouse reserve the right to offer a full refund, including delivery charges as a final solution, if a product is no longer available.
4. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel an order for the follow reasons:
· Insufficient stock to complete the order placed.
· Orders that have been placed for goods which have been incorrectly priced.
· Our payment provider has flagged a transaction as suspicious, or fraudulent.
You will be notified by email should an order be cancelled and a full refund, including delivery cost will be processed no later than 14 days after an order has been cancelled.
7. Returns / Cancelling an order
Return information can be found under the ‘Shipping & Returns’ dropdown section on every product page.
We’re happy to accept returns. To start the process, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply send an email to returns@decorwarehouse.ie, including your order ID, full name, and reason for return.
Ordered items must be returned within 28 days from the original delivery date. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where items are faulty or incorrect.
We can only accept returns for products that are in their original condition—unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging. All returned items must be in a fully re-sellable condition.
Please note that bespoke, special order, and certain other product lines are not eligible for return. Returns must be approved by us before they can be processed. We will respond to all return requests as quickly as possible. We recommend that return orders are suitably repackaged and a trackable insured delivery courier service is used.

8. Wallpaper Returns
· Stocked Wallpaper Orders
If you wish to return regular stocked wallpaper purchased from our online store, we will be happy to refund the full purchase price (excluding delivery charges) or offer an exchange, provided the wallpaper is in fully resalable condition. Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
· Bespoke Wall Mural Orders
Wall murals are bespoke and made to your specifications. As such, we cannot accept returns on any wall mural orders. This exemption from the 14-day cooling-off period is in accordance with the Directive on Consumer Rights, Article 16, Subsection C.
· Bespoke Wallpaper Orders (Woodchip & Magnolia)
Wallpaper from the Woodchip & Magnolia brand is custom-printed based on your specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on these items.
· Sample Products
We do not accept returns on sample products.
· Wallpaper Book Orders – Non-Stocked
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned wallpaper book orders. These items are specially ordered through our suppliers and are not stocked.
Book order wallpaper styles are marked with the following in the product description: "Book order – Shipping Approx. 5-7 Business Days."
Please note: Wallpaper is produced in batches, and colour variations may occur between batches. Therefore, wallpaper rolls from different batches cannot be mixed. We recommend ordering enough rolls to complete your project in one go.
Important Notice
Please inspect all rolls of wallpaper before hanging. We cannot issue refunds for wallpaper once it has been hung. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for decorator costs if faulty or damaged items are not inspected prior to installation.
9. Paint returns
· Ready-Mixed Paint Products
Ready-mixed paint products can be returned within 28 days from the date of receiving your order, provided the paint is in its original, unused condition. Returns must be made in store for paint products ordered for store pick-up—these cannot be returned online. Standard return policy applies.
· Bespoke Tinted Paints
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any tinted paint products that have been mixed to your specific requirements. This exemption is in accordance with the Directive on Consumer Rights, Article 16, Subsection C.
10. Refunds
Once a return has been approved, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) being returned, excluding delivery charges. Refunds will be issued within 3 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your banking institution.
All refunds will be processed through the same means of payment which you used for the initial transaction.
